Kegs Softball Club is excited to host a pre-season open day on Saturday 28 February at 2pm at Railway Union Sports Club, and we are looking forward to welcoming plenty of new faces onto the field.
Whether you have played before or have never picked up a bat, this is your chance to come along and experience softball in a friendly, supportive environment. There is no experience required and no commitment expected. Just turn up, get involved, and see what the sport is all about.
The session will bring together players from across all of KCB, giving attendees a real sense of the club’s community and team spirit. Throughout the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to try throwing and catching drills, step up to the plate for some batting practice, and take part in fun game scenarios. More importantly, you will get to meet current players and learn how the club operates across its different teams and divisions.
We are particularly excited about this open day as we continue to grow the club and build towards the new season. With teams competing across multiple divisions and plans for further expansion, this is a brilliant time to get involved. We are hoping to welcome a strong group of new players who are keen to learn, compete, and be part of a positive club environment.
